Upload lots with confidence

Set reserves at the lowest acceptable figure - it helps drive bidding momentum.

List large quantities in batches (1, 5, 10, 20) to keep demand high.

Use clear titles and include condition, quantity, and brand details.

Adding your images

When uploading images, number them to marry up to your lot numbers, e.g. 1.1.jpg, 1.2.jpg, 2.1.jpg, and so on.

Choose your listing options

Select the listing tier that matches your goals. Entry listings keep things lean; premium options add a visibility boost with extra marketing.

You can always ask us which tier works best for your items.

After the auction

Once a buyer pays and the lots have been collected or dispatched, mark the lot(s) as shipped/collected and request payout in your dashboard.

Delivery & collection (updated)

We avoid unnecessary transport by keeping your items with you until they sell. After payment, you arrange collection or delivery directly with the buyer.

  • Managed delivery quotes: if enabled for your auction, buyers can request a quote through the platform. You submit a VAT-inclusive quote in your seller dashboard and the buyer pays through us before you ship.
  • Direct delivery: if managed delivery isn't requested, you can agree delivery/collection directly and charge delivery separately if needed (include an estimated cost in the lot description).
  • Best practice: competitive delivery pricing and prompt communication lift conversion and repeat bidders.

Photos that sell

Upload high-quality images (up to 6MB each) and show multiple angles. More images = more confident bidders.

  • Avoid lifestyle shots where possible - keep the item clear and well-lit.
  • Show any marks or imperfections to build trust.
  • Group similar items or show scale so buyers understand size.
