Small Turned Wooden Lidded Pot – Signed 'Atkinson' A characterful small turned wooden pot with a fitted lid, likely dating from the mid-20th century or earlier. Turned from a single piece of wood with fine grain and warm honey-brown tones, the pot features subtle decorative grooves and a gently domed lid with a central knop. Signed to the underside Atkinson, possibly indicating the maker, though further details remain unclear. An appealing example of English treen, ideal for storing pins, buttons, or other small items, or simply as a decorative object. Dimensions: 10.5 cm diameter x 5.5 cm high Condition: Light wear and a few marks consistent with age and use; the lid sits comfortably.
