A good and rare Doulton Lambeth Bibelot of a Mouse clutching his food and stood on a rocky base over a pond like enclosure -the colours of this one is very good probably rare colourways as the mouse is all over dark brown (and not the usual mottled colour).

Circa: 1920's

Good Antique Condition - little to no crazing- looks unused - a very good clean example light reflections in images

Stamped Doulton Lambeth marks underneath -initials FN and 8678

4 inches (10cm) height X 3.5 inches (9cm) dia approx

I have recently read that the design was by Harry Simeon/George Tinworth ( source: USA auction house) but these artists are not mentioned as the artists in my books.
