Studio Pottery Owl Bowl
A late 20th-century studio pottery stoneware bowl, decorated with black slip silhouettes of owls and trees in a moonlit landscape. The bowl is wheel-thrown with a warm brown glaze and a slightly flared rim, the decoration applied in a soft, misty band around the exterior.
The interior is plain glazed and shows light surface wear from use. The base has a turned foot rim and is unmarked.
British, late 20th century.
