Antique Mother of Pearl Hafted Twin Bladed Penknife. 

Blades Stamped Butler of Sheffield.  Main Blade is engraved "The Prince".

The blades have a worked edge along the side of them as well as a lovely worked spine along the edge of the piece.

Dates to around 1900.
 
Length open is 5.25 Inches.
 
Condition: Very Good.  The blades spring in and out.
