Sweden ESSAY for a Reply Envelope printed in black on both sides, the reverse side being headed "RÉPONSE", both sides with a 20 öre stamp overprinted "SPECIMEN". This essay was submitted to the 1906 U.P.U. Conference in Rome as a proposal for an International Reply Paid Envelope valid in all U.P.U. countries. One example of the essay was presented to each delegate at the conference. A scarce and interesting postal stationery essay.
