Cover to England franked 1d single and strip of five each with an indistinct numeral cancel, with a Brisbane datestamp and scarce oval framed "LOOSE / SHIP / LETTER" below the stamps. An early use of this handstamp, which Hosking records used on paquebot mail until 1928.
