4d red Postal Stationery Registration Envelope size H2 (fold at left, part of flap missing, not affecting 'stamp') used to New Zealand, stampless, bearing the "TONGA GOVERNMENT / FRANK" circular handstamp supporting "NUKUALOFA / TONGA" c.d.s. of October 25th 1910 and blue oval "REGISTERED AT / No.605 / NUKUALOFA, TONGA" at bottom left. Official Treasury seal and arrival c.d.s. on reverse. A most unusual usage of the Official Frank on postal stationery.
