Description – Paul Insect became a prominent artist on the Street Art Scene from the early 1990s. Initially, as the street art collective PINS, Pauls Insect Nation.
This ‘Peace’ for Ukraine screenprint is signed, dated and numbered from the edition of 269 in pencil, on 410gsm Somerset Tub wove, sheet 75.5 x 57.5cm, Avante Art proof of purchase included.
In collaboration with Avante Art ‘Peace’ for Ukraine closed for subscriptions after 3 days, which attracted 269 applicants. Money raised was donated to the Ukraine charity.
Insect made a name for himself as one of London's major street artists trailblazers along with Banksy. His Street Graffiti work caricatured ‘Spiders’, His Gallery work features pop stars, masked faces armed with unnerving glares.
