A Superb Example of Victorian Commercial Display: The Cope & Taylor Pharmacy Cabinet, London

A truly magnificent and exceptionally rare survivor, this Victorian ebonised shop display cabinet offers a captivating glimpse into the refined world of Victorian commerce. 
Formerly purveyed by the esteemed Cope & Taylor Pharmacy of London, this cabinet stands as a testament to the unparalleled craftsmanship and elegant design of the era.

This remarkable piece is presented in exceptional original condition, having been meticulously preserved to retain its inherent charm and character.
The rich, ebonised wood is further enhanced by intricate idoniesed detailing, adding a touch of understated opulence.
A particularly compelling feature is the  gold lettering adorning the glazed door, proclaiming "Cope & Taylor Pharmacy".

The cabinet boasts exceptional quality hardware, including the sought-after F. Sage & Co.’s patent handles and brackets, stamped REGD NO 30295, further underscoring its pedigree. 
The glazed door, complete with two beautifully handcrafted turned brass handles, opens to reveal two pristine plate glass internal shelves and a glass top.
