OMEGA MEGAQUARTZ 32 GENTLEMANS WATCH CIRCA 1974.
COMES COMPLETE IN ITS OMEGA BOX AND USER MANUELS.
THE WATCH LOOKS TO BE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION COSMETICALLY BUT DOES HAVE SOME MARKS AND SCRATCHES AS IT IS ALMOST 50 YEARS OLD.
THE VENDOR STATES THAT HER HUSBAND HAD THE WATCH FROM NEW BACK IN THE 1970s. HE STOPPED WEARING THE WATCH ABOUT 20-25 YEARS AGO AND HAS BEEN SAT IN A DRAWER EVER SINCE. IT WILL NEED A NEW BATTERY AS THE WATCH IS NOT TICKING. MAY NEED SERVICING ETC.
OUR RESEARCH SHOWS THAT THE WATCH COMES WITH A VERY RARE OMEGA 1237 GOLD PLATED WATCH STRAP AND NOT THE STANDERED LEATHER STRAP THAT WAS MOSTLY ISSUED WITH THE WATCH BACK IN THE 1970s.
WE HAVE FOUND ONLINE THE SAME WATCH WITH THE GOLD-PLATED STRAP RETAILING FOR APPROX £1280.00 IN USED WORKING CONDITION AND THE STRAP RETAILS FOR £644.00 IN USED CONDITION ON THE CHRONO24 WEBSITE.
THE VALUE OF THE WATCH AND STRAP BASED ON OUR RESEARCH IS BETWEEN
£1200 - £1300 ONCE IN FULL WORKING CONDITION.
